What makes your approach different from a marketing agency?
I don’t start with more marketing. I start by understanding what’s actually not working, what’s not connecting, and why people aren’t choosing you. Most businesses don’t need more content or more tactics. They need people to clearly understand what they do, why it matters, and why they should choose them. Once that’s clear, marketing becomes much easier and much more effective.
Do you only work with established businesses?
No. I work with both founders who already have something running and people who are starting something new. Sometimes the work is about understanding why the business isn’t growing the way you expected. Other times it’s about building something clear from the beginning, so you can grow on stronger foundations.
Do you also help with hands-on marketing work?
Yes. I don’t just help you figure out what’s not working. I can also support you in applying the work: from messaging to content, building or managing websites, technical setups, email marketing, partnerships, and other marketing support. But the foundation comes first. There’s no point doing more marketing if the business itself isn’t coming across clearly.
What happens during a clarity session?
Before the session, I review your business, website, messaging, and anything else that helps me understand what’s going on. During the session, we look at your business from different angles to understand what’s actually not working, what’s not connecting, and what needs to change. You leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on, where things are off, and what to focus on next.
How much does it cost to work together?
The clarity session has a fixed price, which we can discuss during an intro call. Deeper work and ongoing support depend on the scope of the project and the level of support needed. Most people start with a clarity session and decide from there whether they want to go deeper.
Do I need to have everything figured out before reaching out?
Not at all. A lot of people reach out because things feel unclear, messy, or difficult to explain. Part of the process is making sense of what’s already there.
