These Terms & Conditions apply to the services provided by Claudia Antolich.

I like to keep things clear and simple. These terms are here so we both know what to expect, what is included, how payments work, and what happens if plans change.

1. Who I am

This website is operated by Claudia Antolich, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

2. Services

I provide strategic business advisory, clarity, positioning, messaging, communication, marketing, and growth support.

This can include sessions, packages, projects, freelance work, retainers, audits, advisory work, workshops, and related services.

The exact scope, price, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed in writing before we start. This can be through a proposal, email confirmation, invoice, or another written agreement.

3. Proposals and agreements

A project, package, session, or collaboration starts once we have both agreed to the scope, price, and timing in writing.

If something is not included in the agreed scope, it is not included in the service unless we agree to add it.

If the scope changes, I may adjust the timeline, fee, or deliverables accordingly.

4. Client responsibilities

To do good work, I need clear and timely input from you.

You agree to:

  • provide the information I need to do the work

  • share honest and relevant context

  • give feedback within the agreed timeline

  • make decisions when needed

  • make sure any materials you provide are accurate and legally yours to use

If delays happen because information, feedback, or approvals are missing, timelines may need to move.

5. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

All prices are excluding VAT, including prices shared in proposals and quotes, unless stated otherwise.

If payment is late, I may pause the work until payment has been received.

For longer projects, packages, retainers, or freelance collaborations, payment terms may be agreed separately in writing.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at 50% of the agreed session fee. This is because preparation work has already been completed.

Reasonable exceptions, such as illness or emergencies, can of course be discussed and rescheduled to another agreed time.

If a session has already taken place, no refund is provided.

For projects, packages, freelance work, or retainers, cancellation terms may be agreed separately depending on the scope and timeline

7. Refunds

Completed sessions, delivered work, and time already spent are non refundable.

If we stop working together before a project or package is complete, you will only be charged for the work already completed, prepared, or committed, unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

  1. Results

I will always bring my best thinking, experience, and care to the work.

At the same time, business results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many things, including your implementation, market conditions, timing, audience, offer, budget, and other external factors.

My role is to help create clarity, direction, and stronger foundations. What happens after that also depends on how the work is used and implemented.

9. Intellectual property

I retain ownership of my frameworks, methods, ideas, templates, materials, processes, and know-how.

You are allowed to use the agreed deliverables for your own business once payment has been made.

You may not copy, resell, share, or reuse my materials, frameworks, or methods for others without my written permission.

Any content, materials, images, brand assets, or information you provide remain yours. You confirm that you have the right to use and share them.

10. Confidentiality

Anything confidential that you share with me will be treated with care and will not be shared with others, unless required by law or agreed with you.

You also agree not to share my confidential materials, methods, pricing, or internal documents without permission.

11. Third party tools and platforms

Some work may involve third party tools, platforms, or services. I am not responsible for the terms, policies, technical issues, availability, or decisions of third party providers.

12. Liability

I am responsible for providing the agreed services with care and professionalism.

I am not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, business interruption, or consequences resulting from decisions made based on the work.

If liability is established, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or project involved.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where this would not be allowed under Dutch law.

12. Force majeure

Neither of us is responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, such as illness, technical failures, natural disasters, government measures, or other unexpected circumstances.

If this happens, we will communicate and find a reasonable way forward.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this website.

For existing agreements, the terms agreed at the start of the collaboration apply, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it through honest and reasonable communication.

If that does not work, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
